Shipping and Delivery Policy

At The Paw Paz (BS Group), we strive to deliver your pet products quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
1. Eligibility and Service Areas
- We ship across India, with priority service in select areas.
- Local Delivery: Within 20 km of Kannur City, Kerala.
- Standard Delivery: Available in 4+ cities and nationwide (excluding remote or restricted areas).
- We do not currently offer international shipping. Certain PIN codes may not be serviceable—please check at checkout.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed and processed (typically within 1 business day).
- Local (20 km around Kannur City): 24 hours from order placement (subject to cut-off time of 2 PM on business days).
- Standard (Other Areas in 4+ Cities): Free 48-hour delivery where available.
- Nationwide: 2-7 business days via our delivery partners.
- Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We aim for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee exact times.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: On your first 3 orders for purchases above ₹250.
- For orders below ₹250 or subsequent orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 applies (calculated at checkout based on location and weight).
- No additional costs for standard packaging. Heavy or bulky items may incur extra charges.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a small convenience fee in select areas.
4. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable services to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Local deliveries: In-house team.
- Standard and nationwide: India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, and other trusted couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is handed over to the partner.
5. Order Tracking and Updates
- After dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
- Track your order directly on the partner’s website or app.

6. Delivery Process
- Deliveries are attempted during business hours (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- If no one is available, we may attempt redelivery up to 2 times. After that, the order may be returned to us.
- Inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage immediately.
7. Returns and Refunds for Shipping Issues
- If your order is damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
- Shipping errors are our responsibility; customer returns for other reasons follow our general Returns Policy.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
