Scope

  1. Order cancellation
  • You may request cancellation any time before we confirm dispatch.
  • After dispatch, cancellation isn’t available; issues will be handled under the return section.
  • If we cancel due to stock, address, or payment verification issues, any charges will be reversed to the original payment method.
  1. Returns (consumables)
    For safety and quality control, consumable pet foods are not returnable for change of mind, taste preferences, or opened items. We accept a return or replacement request only when:
  • the wrong product was sent,
  • the item arrived damaged/defective, or
  • the product was past its expiry on delivery.

What to do

  • Contact us promptly via the website’s contact page with your order number, delivery date, photos of the outer box, product, and batch/expiry.
  • Keep all packaging until we confirm next steps.
  • If a pickup or return is required, we will arrange it or share the return address after validating the claim.
  1. Refunds and replacements
  • After approval (and receipt/inspection where applicable), we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method through Cashfree or Razorpay. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
  • Delivery fees are refunded when the issue is our error (wrong, damaged, or expired item).
  1. Non‑returnable items
  • Opened or used packages, items without original packaging/labels, and products not meeting the criteria above.
  1. Order not received
  • If an order is delayed or marked delivered but not received, notify us promptly; we will investigate with the courier and resolve with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
